Global Business

In addition to expanding overseas sales channels,
we are also active in local production projects and talent exchange initiatives.

Kamichiku Group is actively expanding into global markets, leveraging the strengths it has developed in Japan
in integrated production, processing, and sales.
Overseas, we focus on promoting 'KAMICHIKU brand' Wagyu beef, adapting to the specific needs of local markets.
Internationally, we focus on promoting the 'KAMICHIKU Brand' Wagyu Beef, tailored to meet the unique demands of each local market.

Meat Export Operations

We hold export licenses for several countries, including the US, EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Thailand.
Our high-quality beef, processed at our own plant in Kagoshima, is shipped in compliance with local quarantine standards.
We also offer customized cuts and packaging to meet the culinary preferences and cultural practices of each destination market.

Overseas Restaurant Expansion

We currently operate yakiniku restaurants in Taiwan and Vietnam, where our menus feature Kamichiku’s in-house Wagyu beef paired with the culinary expertise developed through our food service operations in Japan.
These restaurants have been well-received, and we plan to further expand across Southeast Asia to share the exceptional taste of Kamichiku beef with a wider audience.

Partnerships with Overseas Businesses

Leveraging the expertise developed in Japan, we are expanding cattle production operations in Southeast Asia.
By partnering with local meat distributors, restaurants, and hotel chains, we aim to establish a strong presence in local markets.
Our strategy goes beyond simple exports — we pursue branding initiatives that embrace local cultures while actively promoting talent exchange, working toward realizing a six-faceted industrialization model internationally.

Key Export Countries and Overseas Strategy

Kamichiku Group is engaged in trade with customers around the world, driven by our commitment to quality, safety, and stable supply. Currently, we are exporting to many countries, primarily in Asia and the Middle East.
With stringent hygiene management, traceability, and a dedicated supply chain system, we provide products that meet the standards of each country. Moving forward, we will continue to deliver high-quality products tailored to the needs of each market, expanding our global presence.

Leveraging the Strengths of Japanese Agriculture
to Expand into Global Markets

Kamichiku Group is not only expanding the export of Japanese beef and restaurant operations, but also creating a system that allows us to implement our "Six-Faceted Integration Model"—which integrates feed production, farming, processing, and sales—locally. By building this system, we are broadening our reach to global markets.

Vietnam Production Business Initiation

In December 2024, Kamichiku Group commenced a hybrid cattle farming project in collaboration with the Vietnamese government, at the Bavi Livestock Grass Research Institute, under the Japan-Vietnam partnership.
This project aims to launch hybrid cattle farming between Japan and Vietnam, combining Japan’s advanced livestock technology with the local development efforts of Vietnam, in collaboration with the Bavi Livestock Grass Research Institute.

In 2016, following a request from the Vietnamese government, we began a field survey and spent around three years investigating the realities of the livestock industry in Vietnam.
After engaging in talent exchanges with the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) and forming partnerships with BITEXCO Group, we officially began our livestock business in Vietnam.

Since then, we have continued to successfully expand our business with the opening of the "Ushinokura Hanoi" restaurant in September 2020, and the "Kyushu Promotion Center" in March 2023.
In January 2023, we signed an MOU with VNUA regarding cooperation in Vietnam’s livestock business.
We were introduced to the Bavi Research Institute by the Deputy Director of the Department of Livestock, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (former Dean of the VNUA Department of Animal Science), and our journey continues today.

Development of Foreign Agricultural Talent and Cross-Border Employment

In collaboration with institutions such as the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Kamichiku Group actively accepts outstanding young Vietnamese talent in Japan. We provide opportunities for these individuals to learn advanced livestock farming techniques, hygiene management, and business management expertise.
After undergoing training, these technicians gain hands-on experience at domestic farms in Japan. They are then provided with a supportive environment in their home country, Vietnam, where they can apply their acquired skills and contribute to the local agricultural industry. Our goal is to help them build careers both in Japan and Vietnam.

  • Strengthening Direct Employment of Foreign Workers in Japan
  • Direct employment of local staff at our overseas offices.
  • Accepting Technical Interns from Vietnam and Indonesia.
