At Kamichiku, we take full responsibility for delivering the beef we produce and process in-house directly to consumers.
In addition to a strong domestic distribution network, we operate through various channels including exports and direct service in restaurants.
By managing everything from production to processing within our own group, we provide a “final food proposal” that focuses on freshness, quality, price, and service.

Effective Utilization of Local Resources

We operate directly managed yakiniku restaurants, such as 'Satsuma Gyu no Kura,' both in Japan and overseas, offering fresh beef delivered straight from producers at reasonable prices. As restaurants where the producers are visible, they have gained popularity both domestically and internationally. Customer feedback from these restaurants is passed back to the production sites, fostering a positive cycle between production and consumption.

Building a System for Direct Production and Sales

Within the group, we also operate retail stores such as food supermarkets and roadside stations. Fresh meat is not only processed at our central facilities, but also on-site at each store, allowing for rapid sales of fresh meat and prepared foods.

Expansion of E-Commerce and Online Sales

Through our own EC platform 'KAMICHIKU Farmers Market,' as well as Rakuten and hometown tax donation programs, we offer tailored product development and sales of fresh meat, prepared foods, limited sets, and value products. With careful attention to temperature control and packaging, we provide a safe and enjoyable at-home beef experience.
