Our facilities accommodate a diverse range of custom cuts — including steak, yakiniku, shabu-shabu, minced, diced, and more.

From beef production and processing to offal handling and cooked product development, we meet diverse product development needs.
We create custom beef brands and new products in collaboration with customers, using insights gathered through our retail operations.

Stable Supply System for Domestic and Overseas Markets

With refrigerated and frozen logistics centered in Kyushu, we manage the entire process from cattle raising to processing and shipping in-house.
This ensures a stable supply, price consistency, and quality maintenance.
We also have extensive export experience to Asia, the U.S., and the EU, adhering to each region’s quarantine regulations.

Global Standard Quality and Hygiene Management

Our meat processing centers in Kagoshima and Kumamoto are certified under international standards such as HACCP, SQF, and ISO22000.
They are equipped to handle both domestic and international shipments, with advanced systems for temperature control, microbial testing, and full traceability.

strict hygiene management based on HACCP.
We maintain a rigorous control system from production to shipping,

ISO 22000 Certification

Since June 2010, Kamichiku Farm TMR Center, Kinpo Farm, Kamichiku Processing Center, Kamichiku Factory Taniyama Center, Tanba Center, and Senboku Port Center—covering the full supply chain from feed production to processing and sales—have all obtained ISO 22000 certification.

ISO 22000 is an international standard for food safety management systems developed by the International Organization for Standardization that certifies an organization’s ability to effectively manage food safety hazards. This certification ensures that the food we deliver is produced under strict safety controls and is safe for consumers at every stage of the supply chain.

SQF Certification

In March 2020, Kamichiku Farm and Kaseda Farm obtained SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification, an internationally recognized standard that demonstrates our commitment to producing food that is both safe and of the highest quality.

The SQF program requires rigorous third-party audits to verify that food producers, processors, and distributors have effective systems in place to manage food safety and quality throughout the supply chain. This certification reinforces our dedication to meeting global expectations and delivering trusted products to our customers.

Kaseda Farm

HACCP Certification

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a globally recognized hygiene management system designed to ensure food safety. It focuses on identifying potential hazards—such as bacteria, foreign matter, and allergens—and establishing control measures at critical points in the production process to prevent contamination.

As of June 2021, all food-related businesses in Japan are required by law to implement hygiene management systems in line with HACCP principles, reinforcing the industry's commitment to safe, high-quality food production.
